Gardner CAC Holiday Food Basket Application
Households of 2 or more people who reside in Ashburnham, Gardner, Hubbardston, or Westminster and meet income guidelines are able to register for either a Thanksgiving OR Christmas Food Basket. Our Holiday Basket list will be shared with other human service agencies and churches to make sure there is no duplication of services. If your name/address is on another list your name may be removed from the Gardner CAC list without notification.

ALL applicants must provide address and income verification documents.
